- The PP Sangam Park team, comprising ASI Sunil and HC Anshul, under the supervision of SI Rohit Chahar, received crucial intelligence about a proclaimed offender.
- Upon conducting a local inquiry in the Shahbad Dairy area, they discovered Kuldeep alias Mota deceased.
- Kuldeep had been absconding and was declared a proclaimed offender by Hon’ble Sh. Babru Bhan, ACMM, North-West, Rohini Courts, in connection with FIR No. 26/2014, which involved charges under sections 356 (assault or criminal force in attempting to take property), 379 (theft), 411 (dishonestly receiving stolen property), and 34 IPC (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention). He had been declared a proclaimed offender on July 13, 2021.

- The Special Staff of North-West District, consisting of ASI Surender, ASI Surender Dahiya, and W/HC Ritu, acted on intelligence regarding Mukesh, who was also a proclaimed offender.
- Mukesh, son of Bansi Lal, aged 48, and a resident of Sangam Vihar, was arrested after thorough local inquiries and intelligence gathering.
- He was absconding and had been declared a proclaimed offender in connection with case CC No. 3718/17 under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, concerning dishonored cheques, by Hon’ble Sh. Ajay Singh Parihar, Ld. JMFC-05, Rohini Courts, Delhi, on October 15, 2022.
- Following his arrest, Mukesh was produced before the relevant court for legal proceedings.
